Safe Swimming Without Hindering Performance
The SaferSwimmer Float is specifically designed to provide a safety aide for open water swimmers, serving three important functions without hindering performance or hindering your stroke. When considering personal safety and peace of mind for you and those who care about you consider the following advantages of this device:
1) It makes you visible to boaters, jet skis, kite boarders or other potential human hazards while you are swimming;
2) It can be used as a floatation device when you need it in the case of cramps, dizziness or injury and it can also be used to rescue others;
3) It can also keep your “stuff” safe while your swimming or allows you to take along your “stuff” on one-way swims across rivers or lakes.
ISHOF’s SaferSwimmer Float comes in two sizes. While both will keep a grown adult buoyant the main differences between the SF-04 and SF-06 are that the SF-06 is able to carry more “stuff” and has a slightly higher profile in the water.
*A final point to consider. Unlike running, when a swimmer suffers a stroke, heart attack or unconsciousness you sink and disappear below the water. As a recent incident at Christmas Lake in Minnesota demonstrated, when observers saw the SaferSwimmer™ Float not moving, it alerted them in time to revive and save the life a swimmer who otherwise could have been added to the not insignificant number of open water swimmers who have drowned in recent years. Most notably, the great American open water swimmer, Fran Crippen.

We ship via the US Postal Service and UPS. International shipments are sent via US Postal Priority, Express, or UPS. Most shipments leave our facility within 1 business day of when the order was placed for items that show ‘In Stock’ on the product page. Please notice that some items require a longer processing time of 5-7 business days or up to 2 weeks for special order items. In each case availability is listed on each product page. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason as well aschange carriers based on product availability or customer location.

Some countries charge high duties or other fees on merchandise arriving from the United States. You are responsible for paying your country's imposed charges when your package arrives as each nation has different rules and rates that apply. These fees are not included in your order total. Upon delivery if you choose to refuse the package due to fees the package will then be returned to us. Upon receipt of the package we will process a refund for the amount paid for the items. Please keep in mind the shipping fee will not be refunded as the order was shipped upon placing the order.
Please double-check your shipping address on the order form before submitting your order. If shipping to a business, please make sure to specify the company name as part of the address. A forwarding fee is issued for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered into our order form. We do not re-enter or type this information again. Please note if a forwarding fee does occur, we will email you notification of the fee, reason for the charge, and the date of the charge. Likewise, if your address is incorrect and we ship your package via USPS, it may simply be returned to us.
