As a competitive athlete, we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and we are here to help make that happen.  We offer a convenient 60-day return policy for purchases made online or in our retail store.

If you are not totally satisfied with the product you purchased at www.CleverTraining.com, please contact us or fill-out the returns authorization request form below. 

For us to accept and process your return, the following terms & conditions apply:

  • Apparel and shoes must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • For any electronics that do not perform as expected, we will be happy to accept the original unit with all original accessories and packaging and process for an exchange or refund.
  • Nutritional and personal items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Clearance items are final sale and unable to be returned for an exchange or refund.
  • Customer is responsible for returning product back to us in conditions stated above, including but not limited to shipping costs and pickup by shipping carrier

Returns are normally processed on Tuesday and Thursday of each week by our returns department.  Returns that do not have a return authorization or proper paperwork will be delayed in being processed and may not be completed.  If your return does not meet the conditions above, your return will not be processed and the item will be returned to you at your expense.  If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact us.  We are here and ready to help.

After submitting form below or speaking to one of our customer support representatives, please allow up to one business day for return instructions to be sent to the email address associated with your order.  In the event you do not receive an email from our team please check your spam folder.
