- Q: What is your free shipping special all about?
- A: For any domestic order over $75.00 we will ship the items free of charge using USPS Priority Mail. There are exceptions to this promotion, please view our shipping page here.
- Q: Do you ship internationally?
- A: We ship to nearly every country in the world. Unfortunately there are limitations to this. In addition to this, due to our agreement with certain vendors we are not able to ship their products internationally. If you are unsure about whether we can ship the items you are shopping for to your country please contact us!
- Q: What is your return policy?
- A: Yes, the return policy for Clever Training can be viewed here.
- Q: Are you an authorized retailer?
- A: Yes, we are an authorized retailer for all of the products listed on our web store. We work closely with our brands to make sure you are receiving the highest quality products for your training and personal needs.
- Q: What do I do if I need a repair?
- A: Clever Training is not an authorized repair center. The first step for repair would be to contact the manufacturer for warranty support. Most items that we sell come with a 1 year limited warranty. If you have lost your receipt or are not sure who to contact, please let us know and we would be happy to help you!
- Q: How can I track my order?
- A: When your order is processed for shipping you will automatically receive a tracking number via email. This message will be sent to the primary email on your order.
- Q: How do I know you will be protecting my data?
- A: We work with industry leaders in security including Authorize.net, Digicert, and others to protect your data. Your data is securely processed through our SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protected payment gateway using 128-bit encryption. Please view our privacy policy here for more information.
- Q: How can I become a Clever Training Ambassador?
- A: Please view the Ambassadors page in order to sign up for the Clever Training Ambassador program.
