Shipping Information

We ship Domestic shipments via US Postal Service, FedEx® and UPS. We ship International shipments via the US Postal Service and FedEx®. Most shipments leave our facility within 1 business day of when the order was placed for items that show ‘In Stock’ on the product page. Please notice that some items require a longer processing time of 5-7 business days or up to 2 weeks for special order items. In each case, availability is listed on each product page. Please keep in mind that orders are shipped in their entirety, if an order with multiple products shows varying availability, the complete order will be shipped once the last item becomes available. In some cases, some items will be processed to ship from a separate location. A tracking number will be provided for each shipment that is processed that is associated with your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason as well as change carriers based on product availability or customer location.

Expedited Shipping

All expedited orders placed before 2 PM ET will be processed same day if all items orders show "In Stock" upon ordering. Any orders with expedited shipping placed after 1PM ET will be processed the following business day.

Domestic Shipping Cost:

Domestic Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days) on orders over $75 ship FREE!

Domestic Second Day Air Shipping (2 Business Days) on orders over $250 ship FREE!

Domestic Standard Plus Shipping (1-4 Business Days) on orders over $75 ship for $4.99*

Domestic Second Day Air Shipping (2 Business Days) on all items is $9.99*

Expedited Domestic Shipping (1 Business day) on all items is $19.99*

*Expedited shipping costs exclude oversized items. Additional cost for expedited shipping on oversized items will be available at the time of checkout.

International Shipping Cost:

International Shipping is offered via two methods, Standard Shipping (7-10 Business Days) and Expedited Shipping (5-7 Business Days). Shipping costs vary by country, please CLICK HERE for rates by Country. Please note, delays for your local custom clearance may occur and are not included in the state transit times.

Duties and Customs Charges:

Some countries charge duties or other fees on merchandise arriving from the United States based on the customs forms provided at shipping, please note that we cannot adjust these forms or mail packages as gifts. You are responsible for paying your country's imposed charges when your package arrives. Each nation has different rules and rates that apply and these fees are not included in your order total. Please contact your customs office for information regarding duties and other taxes.

Please note, if you choose to refuse the package because you do not want to pay the applicable duties and fees. Upon receipt of the package we will process a refund for the amount paid for the items less the shipping and additional fees to return the package to us.

Order Information:

Items can be removed from your cart any time prior to clicking on the “Submit Order” button on the order confirmation page. Once you have hit the “Submit Order” button your order has gone through and begins processing. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us right away. Unfortunately, orders that have been processed by our warehouse cannot be changed or cancelled. When you receive your order, you may return to us by using our returns procedure.

Address Accuracy:

Please double-check your shipping address on the order form before submitting your order. If shipping to a business, please make sure to specify the company name as part of the address. A forwarding fee is issued for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered into our order form. We do not re-enter or type this information again. Please note if a forwarding fee does occur, we will email you notification of the fee, reason for the charge, and the date of the charge. Likewise, if your address is incorrect and we ship your package via USPS, it may simply be returned to us.

Shipping Holidays:

Our warehouse is closed and orders will not ship for the following Holidays:

  • Memorial Day: Monday, May 27, 2019
  • Independence Day: Thursday, July 4, 2019
  • Labor Day: Monday, September 2, 2019
  • Thanksgiving Day: Thursday, November 28, 2019
  • Christmas Holiday: Wednesday, December 25, 2019
  • New Years: Wednesday, January 1, 2020
